We’re well into the month of December. And in addition to the cold weather, it tends to be a divisive month. The holiday season is one that brings up a lot of mixed emotions, and when you pair that with the frigid air, it makes for one very volatile month.
We’ve recently asked you how you felt about the holiday season, and 44.15 percent of you said that it depends on your life circumstances.
That’s fair enough.
But what about the winter in general? It’s proven that the weather can impact people’s moods, so much so that they might suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder. The bleak winter months can cause people with SAD to have to endure long bouts of depression and low energy levels.
Other people, however, seem to turn pink with glee at the sight of a snowflake, eager to spend months drinking hot cocoa by the fireplace. Are you the kind of person who cringes the second December rolls around and goes into a state of hibernation until late March, or do you eagerly await the return of winter for days of snow-filled activities and cozy sweaters?
Today what we want to know is… What’s your favorite season?
