We’re a week into 2019, which means one of three things: your new year’s resolutions are either well underway and starting to take a hold as new habits. Perhaps they’re just hanging by a thread… with the potential to be broken at any moment. Or maybe you gave up on any resolution you had on January 2.
If you’re still managing to keep your resolutions, kudos to you! And if you’ve fallen off the straight and narrow… We hope you’re not feeling any shame!
Resolutions can be hard to stick with.
Just remember that even if you have fallen off the path of resolution, it’s not too late to get back on it. The key is staying present with whatever it is that you’re trying to turn into a new habit. You can even decide that you’re just going to commit to it for the next 24 hours, and then hit the refresh button the next day.
Still, we know… It’s not easy.
How are you doing with your New Year’s resolutions? Which of the following do you think is the most difficult one to keep?
