Last week two of today’s biggest donut brands made headlines for both new deals and innovations. Dunkin Donuts announced that they’re creating a coffee-inspired beer, while Krispy Kreme offered a buy a dozen, get a dozen deal in celebration of their birthday.
Indeed, both donut companies have been longterm American staples. While Krispy Kreme just turned 81 years old, Dunkin Donuts isn’t far behind, at 68. They’re both two of the most recognizable brands in the country, with names and logos that immediately spark a recall of the tasty products that await their customers on the other side of the door.
And all this donut craze got us thinking… Which brand do people prefer?
